Return Eligibility
New, unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund, unless otherwise noted below.
Returned items must be in new, resalable condition and include original packaging when applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and resale reasons, the following items are not returnable:
- individually sold finger picks
- individually sold thumb picks
- other items marked as non-returnable
Picks sold in sealed packages are not included in this restriction unless opened or otherwise not in new condition.
How to Request a Return
Please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return before sending anything back.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for the next step.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us before returning it. If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will provide instructions and, when appropriate, a return shipping label.
Refunds
Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos are always helpful when available.
