U.S. Shipping

We offer FREE U.S. SHIPPING Ground shipping on orders of $49 or more.

For orders under $49, we offer a flat rate USPS Ground shipping option for $4.95.

Faster shipping options, including USPS Priority Mail, are available at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Processing & Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive shipment confirmation and tracking information by email. Customers with an account may also log in to view order status and tracking details.

Delivery timeframes shown are generally estimates unless the carrier specifically offers a guaranteed service for that shipment. Even expedited services can occasionally be delayed by weather, routing issues, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

While we are always happy to help if a shipment is delayed, The Steel Guitar Shopper cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates, and shipping refunds for late delivery depend on the carrier’s own policies and approval.

Please note that international transit times can vary, especially once a package leaves the United States and is transferred to local postal or delivery partners.

We proudly ship to customers around the world.

International orders are typically processed using USPS Priority Mail International Parcel at checkout. In many cases, we are able to adjust the final shipping cost after processing your order based on package size, weight, and destination.

When appropriate, we may also offer alternative carriers such as FedEx or DHL if they provide a more efficient or cost-effective delivery option. If a better shipping method is available, we will contact you before shipment.

Delivery timeframes for international shipments are estimates and can vary significantly depending on destination country, customs processing, and local delivery services.

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are beyond our control.

Once a shipment leaves the United States, tracking updates may become less frequent depending on the destination and local carrier.
