Shipping via USPS - United States Domestic Services

We do all of our shipping at the United States Post Office in Cloverdale, California 95425 USA.  We are not able to offer any other shipping service such as Federal Express, United Parcel Service, et cetera.

When you place an order, the shipping program calculates the shipping cost based on the approximate total weight of your items, size of the packaging, and the shipping option you choose.  We ship USPS First Class Mail and USPS First Class Parcel Service if the package weighs less than a pound and you have not selected expedited services.  Books and records may ship via USPS Media Mail unless you have selected another option.  You can always upgrade any order to USPS Priority Mail for faster shipping and delivery.  If the package weight is one to five pounds, unless you have selected something different, the package will usually be sent USPS Priority Mail service.

 

Shipping via USPS - International Services

 

We do all of our shipping at the United States Post Office in Cloverdale, California 95425 USA.  We are not able to offer any other shipping service such as Federal Express, United Parcel Service, et cetera.

The shipping rate for International orders is calculated much like the orders shipped domestically in the United States.

However, we have no control over the transit time once the order has left our post office.  You can choose to pay an extra fee for Registered Mail Service which may require a signature at its final delivery address.

Please contact us if you have any questions PRIOR to placing your order, and any issues may result in non-delivery of your items and we do not refund for international orders.

Returns Policy

You may return any new, unopened items within seven (7) days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  Otherwise, you will need to return at your own expense.

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail once we've received item.

Finger picks are NOT returnable because they are considered to be hygienic and cannot be re-sold.
