D’Addario NYXL Nickel Plated Steel Strings – Pedal Steel 10-String Set (12-70) – NYXL1270 are designed for the traditional C6 pedal steel tuning. This set provides the heavier gauges typically preferred for C6 playing styles including western swing, jazz, and extended chord voicings.
NYXL strings feature D’Addario’s high-strength NY Steel core and nickel-plated steel wrap wire. The result is excellent tuning stability, increased break resistance, and clear balanced tone across the full range of the pedal steel guitar.
